An all-time Belgian classic with the perfect balance of young and old lambic. Rather fruity or rather sour? Decide for yourself.
Light brown color, thin beige head. Sweet aroma with some citrus and maybe cherry. Haven’t tasted many gueuzes yet, so it’s hard to compare, but this is rather funky; carbonated, fruity, sweet but also sour. Kind of like apple cider with a twist.
