Margarita Sour is a sour beer where we worked with salt and citrus fruit as a contrast. The combination gives a special mouthfeel and depth of taste, which brings to mind a drink. But also that the beer works very well with many different dishes.

Nice aroma with sweet fruity notes. A light, very tart fruited Sour Beer with citrus fruits and salt. Good stuff.
