Traditional Berliner Weisse with historical yeasts. Named after the icon Marlene Dietrich. Fermented with Brettanomyces strains from bottles up to 50 years old. Slightly sour, fruity, bubbly and wild.
A classic Berliner Weisse by Schneeeule. Pale yellow color, sour and slightly yeasty aroma. Fresh, light, sour but not overly so, true to style.
