This beer specialty was brewed, as every year, by our master brewer Božo and Matt Hollingsworth. It has a pronounced sweet, fruity flavor and a pleasant, complex aroma that comes from a rich blend of malt. This specific barley wine is created for enjoyment and slow drinking, aged in cognac barrels.

Our review:
Reddish brown color, sweet, malty aroma with notes of cognac. Sweet and somehow raw, with a bunch of cognac and notes of wood from the barrels. Finish is an interesting mix of sweet cognac notes, licorice and herbal bitterness. We will let one bottle age in cellar.
