This tart but tasty treat was soured using a unique blend of l. plantarum
and l. bulgaricus, with added lactose for a subtle creaminess and rich texture. Delicate notes of sumac and vanilla provide the perfect accompaniment to the powerful fruity flavour of over 200 kg of real raspberries.

A lovely raspberry sour by Alchemik. Fresh and nicely tart, fruity with a bunch of raspberries, softened by a warm touch of vanilla. Like raspberry sorbet and vanilla ice cream in a liquid form, yummy!
