Beer Definition:
Breakfast Sour is the real breakfast for champions. Basically it’s morning cereal with fruits, chocolate, coffee and yoghurt. We kettle-soured the beer with Hungarian yoghurt and added raspberry, blackberry and blueberry during the fermentation. The ready to go beer then was sitting on coffee and cocoa nibs to have the full breakfast experience.

A very interesting fruited sour from Horizont! A fresh berry bomb with just the right amount of sourness and some bitterness and flavour from coffee beans and cocoa nibs. Good stuff.
