Happy Valentine's Day! 🍻 We'll celebrate by tas Happy Valentine's Day! 🍻 We'll celebrate by tasting a couple more Spanish IPAs that we ordered from Beerbay. So far, not so surprisingly, our favorites have been hazy NEIPAs.For example, 4⭐️ rating for Where Next? a fruity, well-balanced NEIPA with silky mouthfeel by Edge Brewing Barcelona and 3,75 ⭐️ for Not Boaring, a juicy and hoppy collaboration brew by Laugar and Saltus Brewing.Gotta love these tasting views here in coastal Andalusia too!#craftbeernomads #craftbeer #craftbeerblog #artisanbeer #microbreweries #beerblog #beerblogger #beerlover #beerstagram #craftbeerinspain #craftbeeraroundtheworld
Greetings from El Morche in Andalusia, Spain! We h Greetings from El Morche in Andalusia, Spain! We have been quite dissatisfied with the availability of craft beers around here, as most of the grocery stores only sell bulk products by macro-breweries, and we can't really travel around and visit local artisan breweries right now. But no worries, ordering craft beer online still works! We found a great small Spanish craft beer online store called Beerbay, and ordered a box of (mostly) Spanish artisan IPAs. We also interviewed Jesus, the founder and owner of the store, and will introduce Beerbay in our blog article about European craft beer online stores soon.Beerbay delivers all around Europe, even to our home country Finland up north (unlike many other European beer shops), and the delivery across Spain was super quick – the package arrived in just two days! Check this webshop out, and place your order - you’ll get a 5 % discount of products with our link → check it out in bio!Let’s see if we’ll find some new favorites among these craft brews – ratings and beer cards will follow shortly!#craftbeernomads #craftbeer #craftbeerblog #artisanbeer #microbreweries #beerblog #beerblogger #beerlover #beerstagram #craftbeeraroundtheworld #beerbay #spanishcraftbeer

Almost forgot to announce the winner of our little Almost forgot to announce the winner of our little "What you can find from a Carrefour supermarket in Almeria, Spain" craft beer contest, but here it comes. Unfortunately, most of the local craft beers sold around here seem to be bulk products by macro breweries, and not very tasty... so the best rates went to Germany!Maisel & Friends IPA by Brauerei Gebr. Maisel @maisel_friends is a fruity and crisp American IPA with medium bitterness. 3,5 ⭐️ (on our rather strict IPA scale).#craftbeernomads #craftbeer #craftbeerblog #artisanbeer #microbreweries #beerblog #beerblogger #beerlover #beerstagram #craftbeeraroundtheworld
Greetings from the coast of Almeria, Spain! We hav Greetings from the coast of Almeria, Spain! We have moved from the mountains of eastern Andalusia to the coast, and the weather here is sunny and warm enough for enjoying a beer or two outside! This area doesn't seem to be very craft beer oriented though, and it's rather hard to find quality artisan beers or craft beer oriented pubs. From the local Carrefour we found more craft beers than from other grocery store chains, but most of the local brands sold there are made by macro breweries actually. This selection includes mostly IPAs, but also some pale ales and an odd IPL and Red Ale. Most of these are Spanish, but we picked up some from the UK and Germany as well.Tasting is ongoing, but so far there has more disappointments than nice surprises unfortunately... Let's see which one will end up being our favorite.#craftbeernomads #craftbeer #craftbeerblog #artisanbeer #microbreweries #beerblog #beerblogger #beerlover #beerstagram #craftbeeraroundtheworld

Greetings from snowy Velez-Rubio in Andalusia, Spa Greetings from snowy Velez-Rubio in Andalusia, Spain, with a throwback to Mexico! One year ago, January 2020, we traveled around Central Mexico, exploring beautiful colonial cities, hiking volcanoes and of course tasting some craft brews. These pics are from the roof top terrace of a pub called El Cardenal in Guadalajara. After walking around in the majestic historical centre of the city, it was a pleasure to sit down and enjoy a cold ale or two.Out of these two, tasty Paramo Pale Ale from Colima, Mexico was our favourite, and we rated it with 3,5 stars.#craftbeernomads #craftbeer #craftbeerblog #beerblog #beerblogger #beerlover #beerstagram #craftbeeraroundtheworld #wemisstraveling #mexico
