Aisla is a marvellously rich, thick and roasted Barrel Aged Imperial Stout. Harsh smouldering peat tones by Laphroaig barrels, gently mellowed by the sweet caramel and vanilla notes from bourbon barrels, blended in a bottle of perfection. A breathtaking indulgence. Slàinte!

Our review:
Pours deep black and oily. Sweet, roasted aroma with notes of whiskey and molasses. Thick and syrupy, strong and warming. Sophisticated notes of vanilla and whiskey. Delicious! We stored the bottle in a cellar for 10 months.
