This version of Prototype RIS was aged for 18 months in both Woodford Reserve and Wild Turkey bourbon barrels and then blended for a harmonious intensity. Expect woody notes with layers of dark chocolate, and baking spice.

Our review:
Black color, roasted malts, molasses and vanilla in the pleasant aroma. Thick and oily, super sweet. With flavors of bourbon, vanilla and chocolate, some notes of coffee and dried fruits too, as well as wood from the barrels. Delicious!
