Beer Definition:
This truly special beer is a hybrid between Old Ale and Flanders Brown. We further enriched the complex combination of malts by using maraština raisins and molasses in the brewing process. After primary fermentation with English yeast strains, the beer is transferred to barrique barrels in which it acquires a completely new dimension by secondary fermentation with wild yeasts and long aging.

Our review:
Copper-brown color, beige head. Sophisticated aroma with dried fruits and yeasty funkiness. Intense, strong and wild taste profile with dried fruits, winey notes and wood from the barrel. A special collaboration beer.
