Definition: An all-time Belgian classic with the perfect balance of young and old lambic. Rather fruity or rather sour? Decide for yourself.
Lambic - Gueuze
ABV: 4,5 %
Light brown color, thin beige head. Sweet aroma with some citrus and maybe cherry. Haven’t tasted many gueuzes yet, so it’s hard to compare, but this is rather funky; carbonated, fruity, sweet but also sour. Kind of like apple cider with a twist.
