Through a 10-month maturation process in barrels previously used for Apostolos Thymiopoulos’s Xinomavro wine, it acquires a complex interplay of aromas and flavors. Full body and a creamy, smooth mouthfeel, leading to a long finish.

Our review:
Black with thin beige head. Roasted aroma with notes of red wine from the barrels. Thick and silky, strong and warming, with clear wine notes.
