Interstellar is the first American IPA made by Hocus Pocus, chosen as the second best beer at the Mondial de la Bière 2016 by public vote. It uses a large amount of hops that create an explosion of mango and passion fruit aromas, with an extreme citrus flavor for an IPA with only 7% alcohol content.

Our review:
Bronze-golden color, white head. Intense, hoppy aroma with citrus fruits and sweet, tropical notes. Bitter in west-coasty way, with aromas of citrus fruits, pine and herbal touch.
