Marking the brewery’s first foray into the cool winter months, we brewed a winter warmer with English pale ale and caramel malts, and a touch of beechwood-smoked barley.

Our review:
Dark amber color, creamy head. Roasted, porter-like aroma. Malty, not very strong but intense, soft, more bitter towards the finish.
