90 Minute IPA, homage to the famous American brewery Dogfishhead. We opted for a 90-minute boil, during which we added Chinook and Simcoe hops every 5 minutes. Robust, very old school, just the way we like it, with a full-bodied bitterness that coats the palate like a dream!

Our review:
Slightly hazy golden color, pours with fluffy white head. Hoppy aroma with pine and notes of pineapple. The richly hopped, bitter flavor profile is nicely balanced with the malty backbone. A bold hop bomb with lingering, herbal finish.
