A Pastry Session Sour with the addition of guava and strawberry. The use of lactic acid bacteria gives the beer a refreshing acidity, which contrasts with the sweetness and body provided by the addition of lactose.
An aromatic and tasty Pastry Sour. Light, fruity and easy, a bit sweet, only lightly tart. Great summer beer! Collaboration with Finnish Salama Brewing.
