This IPA contains almost 50% oats as we strive for even more ridiculous levels of silkiness in our IPAs. With a base of Pilsner and some flaked wheat this is a big softy. On top of that base we loaded up a hop combo of Enigma, Strata and Galaxy for a heady mixture of brightness and dankness.
