Lightly hopped thirst quencher for summer! This beer is based on the old traditional German sour beer Berliner Weisse, which is usually mixed with cherry syrup. Hailuoto Weisse is enjoyed with blueberry syrup.

A nicely sour Berliner Weisse. Fresh, light and tasty. Tried this also with adding a small amount of blueberry syrup as recommended, which turned it to a very nice fruit sour.
