A complex brew that is at the same time tasty and pleasant. Blend with 7 different barrels of Penedès wine, to obtain its notes of wood and red fruits. Berries and reminiscent of red wine in the aroma. Subtle acidity that accompanies the notes of the fruit, offering a pleasant and balanced sip.

Our review:
A delicious barrel–aged sour. Beautiful rose color. Refreshing, not too tart, aromatic with a bunch of berries and notes of wine. A blend of seven different barrels of Penedès wine, 7th year anniversary sour by Espiga.
